Ofispol Polyurethane was formed in 1998 in the production of polyurethane parts for the furniture and automotive sector with a capacity of 500 tonnes per year.

Presently, the flexible and integral polyurethane lines operate on two shifts per day with 50 personnel, located within a 2000 m² closed area.

The expert team at the casting workshop design and produce special casts according to the requests of the customer.

Our production of flexible polyurethane (foam) are produced using cold flexibility casting technique to allow a high level of flexibility and duration, with technical spoliations that comply with world standard physical and mechanical data.

Due to the foam being able to be cast at the same time as construction materials such as metal, wood spring and plastic parts in the furniture and automotive sector, extreme ease, efficiency and economy is provided in the manufacture of seating.

Flexible polyurethane (foam) is delivered to you ready for covering, therefore allowing utmost convenience in production and installation as well as offering serial and standard production opportunities.

In addition, the cold foam casting technique allows the seating material to be laid inside the cast with the foam then poured into the cast, to provide a ready covered foam with the desired material.

The polyurethane raw materials used;
